Vancouver Presents contributing editor Mark Robins went live on Granville Island to give you a sneak peak at this year’s Vancouver Fringe Festival.

Mark’s guests include David Jordan, outgoing Vancouver Fringe executive director, who will leave this year after 12 years at the helm of this annual celebration of theatre.

Artist interviews include Professor Neil McArthur who brings his one-man show about cryogenics, Let Me Freeze Your Head, to the Waterfront Theatre, and Alastair Knowles and a very pregnant Stephanie Morin-Robert with their show Bushel and Peck who are also performing at the Waterfront Theatre.

Also joining Mark are members of the Lost & Found Puppet Co who will bring their family-friendly show, Beaver Dreams, to the Havana Theatre starting Friday, September 8, and finally we hear from Rohit Chokhani who directs Canadian playwright Anosh Irani’s award-winning drama Bombay Black at the Vancity Culture Lab at The Cultch.

The 2017 Vancouver Fringe Festival runs at various venues on Granville Island and across the city from September 7-17. Visit http://vancouverfringe.com for more information.
