Live with the company of Animal Triste

Presented by Vancouver’s plastic orchid factory and Montreal’s MAYDAY – Mélanie Demers, Animal Triste is a comment on the nature of humanity.

Literally meaning “sad animal” in English, Animal Triste touches on themes of evolution, individuality and family, presented by four dancers in a powerful, poetic, and physical piece.

Vancouver Presents contributing editor, Mark Robins, was live in the rehearsal room at the Scotiabank Dance Centre in downtown Vancouver to find out more from the company of Animal Triste.

Animal Triste plays the Scotiabank Dance Centre October 19-21. Visit http://www.plasticorchidfactory.com for tickets and information.
