Written by Bill Richardson, Veda Hille, and Amiel Gladstone, the musical revue is based on real Craigslist ads and posts. With songs like 300 Stuffed Penguins, Chili Eating Buddy and Decapitated Dolls, the quirky show became a critical and popular hit when it premiered in 2012 at the Arts Club. It went on to tour extensively across B.C. and enjoyed runs in both Whitehorse and Toronto.
In this new mounting an almost entirely new cast of Vancouver actors – Meaghan Chenosky, Chirag Naik, Amanda Sum, and Andrew Wheeler – will join Josh Epstein and director Gladstone from the original show.
In this Zoom interview, Vancouver Presents contributor David C Jones speaks with co-creator Veda Hille to find out more.
