Mark has been writing about the arts for over twenty years. He has written professionally for both
Xtra, and an international trade magazine. He is also contributing editor for
Halifax Presents. No stranger to the stage, Mark has been both an actor and director. He even won an acting award once. He is a past jury member for the Critics Choice Innovation Award for The Jessies, Vancouver's professional theatre award. He and his
partner David now call Halifax home along with their
rescue dog Buddy.
